I had an excellent experience with Shutter House at Liberty Plaza, Colombo 03 and truly want to appreciate their outstanding customer service.

I purchased a DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo from their store on 15th April 2026, and the service I received was beyond impressive. On that day, I was in Katunayake around 4.00 PM, while the store was planning to close early at around 4.30 PM due to the New Year festival holidays. Since I urgently needed to buy this as a birthday gift for my brother, I called the store and requested whether they could wait for me until 6.00 PM.

What impressed me most was that they agreed immediately without any hesitation and kindly waited for me. That level of customer care, flexibility, and willingness to help is something I truly appreciate. Because of their support, I was able to buy the gift on time, and it meant a lot to me.

The product quality was excellent, and the overall service was simply top-notch. I highly recommend Shutter House to anyone looking for genuine products and exceptional customer service. For me, it’s easily 10/10.

Thank you, Shutter House, for going the extra mile and making this such a great experience!
